There were a lot of great answers and views from the variety of people that answered.  Some people wanted to argue that SEO had nothing to do with link building. How lost was this line of thinking was relevant with all the replies that stated otherwise. Without SEO there is little chance to gain a top ranking for competitive keyword phrases. If you want to “Make Money Online” focus on quality and quantity content, backlink building from a variety of sources, and anchor keyword textlinks embedded with your url both internally onsite and externally.
